Brussels part deux
By they way, they speak french and flemmish here. It's fun. Since it's the capitol, there are a lot of english speakers here. Getting around is pretty easy. There was a massive church I walked by to get to the hostel.....
One of the smaller streets.
The view from my window. It's an interesting place. In some ways, it's got a somewhat empty feeling, probably because I'm used to Hawaii, which packs them like China.

It looks so orderly.
it's not that it's orderly, it's just packed so tight, there's no space between buildings. the roads were outlined hundreds of years ago and the buildings have just squished in around them. nobody planned that one out. it's neat though - no space anywhere.
