AO Day 1 - Setup and Alignment

We all spent the morning getting parts in place, testing software and doing general equipment checking. There were some major emergencies for the vision crew but most others were ok. I spent a lot of time trying to get the alignment procedures figured out on the Maui bench while Sylvana and Mark Ammons brought the second AO bench (from Santa Cruz) over. I sat through the opening lecture and managed to find a few really cool videos demonstrating seeing on Nick Kaiser's website....
