Liquid Crystals

I'm back on Maui for much of the week. Jean was up on the summit trying to get a final day of SolarC observing, but the weather is pretty junk for that. Pretty sunsets but thick cirrus don't let you see very far. I spent the day documenting how to do the calibration procedure for the liquid crystals. There's only a few things left to really dive in to with that scope. It's a good feeling to know how all of it runs...
