Hilarous

There's a website by a biologist at swathmore on evolution and the taboo around teaching it to kids. The first is the actual disclaimer sticker. The rest on the website just tweak the wording. I've never been ok with ignoring reason and evidence. Just because you want to interpret a book literally (aka Earth is 6000 years old), doesn't mean you can ignore facts (radioactive decay, fossil record, basically all of science).

(i'm so flabbergasted at this crap i don't know where to start)
i almost wish it was still ok to take a crack at a kid in school, but hey they need self-asteem
(don't break anyone's fragile little eggshell)
...well if dubya says the verdict's out we should probably wait till god beams down and adjusts the 'good book' once again. don't know about you but i'll be holding my breath. and duh the earth IS flat- what's this spherical theory all about :-)
