I'm very very excited. I have a 'new and interesting' timelapse running right now. The SLR is taking exposures every 20sec or so of Liz and I at the dinner table...... I'm being photographed right.........NOW!
Happy Old Year Son. Are you really being photographed right now?.....................................................18...19...20..and again now?......................................................18...19...20...and again now? How is that different from the old "picture-picture" photo print plan? Huck
So all I have to ask, is was it worth it, or should you have just bought the damn pre made one? My recomendation is sheet metal, or maybe an altoids tin...? They make these pieces of plastic w/ holes in them, and you solder the connections w/ wires or clamps to make it more compact than on a breadboard, tho that powersupply looks beefy. Any thoughts on external controls?
J - I've already got a plastic cap for a solder-board that i'll be transfering a mo'betta version. it was definately worth building it myself just for the skill and knowledge of it. you were right.
i've already got external controls - two pots that give me 1-30sec intervals. i've got a few modifications to do before i finalize it...
Dad - glad to see you're online!! the difference is in the ease of transfer and implementation.......
Well ya know man, sometimes I wonder cause there's definately a certain point where you gotta just say fuck it, and pay up...good to see that it can pay off
