LoVIS Spectropolarimeter!
I spent yesterday building up the spectropolarimeter for low-resolution mode. I had to re-make the dekkar, rotate the savart and then align all the calibration and observation optics to the savart axis. I had some fun mapping out the polychromatic diffraction pattern.... Jeff randomly showed up around 7pm and wanted to go observing. So we went observing. We also used the cross-disperser as a mirror and made HiVIS into LoVIS into an imaging polarimeter. But with way too many mirrors.....

LoVis a warm gun, yes it is...
