Ensenada Part 2

On the second day, we went in and talked contracts, memorandum, timelines and saw a demonstration of the new tool.... Pretty sweet. We drove back to San Diego after "dinner 1". The line wasn't bad at all. There were people "working" the traffic lines. You'd pull up to a stop waiting your hour to get to the border police. There were "vendors" as well as beggars walking the lines of traffic, knocking on windows, either selling or begging. Interesting. We were through without much hassle. Though, the 5 army road-blocks on the drive from Ensenada to the boarder were impressive - complete with machine guns, humvee-mounted-cannons, and other massive army displays of power.
