Serpents Trail

We got in to Grand Junction around 2pm Friday, and the guys crashed. Liz, having napped for a few hours in the car, went to a pig-roast till later. We got up the next morning and went on a hike before the wedding - the "serpents trail" in the Colorado National Monument. It was really nice to walk through the low-elevation part of the mesa. We climbed out on to the "nipple" and got a shot of a rainbow. Brian got to be another big-foot sighting for the little girls on the trail. He's hairy and can let the gut hang out almost as much as I can.
