BJJ Pics from James
James just sent me these 2 pics from the BJJ tourney - this was the gi finals.... After being stuck on top of Haleakala for 2 weeks, you really appreciate exercise - basically every muscle is sore from bjj and boxing. It hurts to move my neck cause James was trying out a new choke during free-training and I haven't had to defend that hard in a long time.....
