Manoa Flooding Part II

Halloween, 2004 was a massive campus flood that cost UH around a hundred million dollars. Friday, it almost happened again. Here's the stream near the IfA. So, 48 million gallons of raw sewage went into the ocean near Waikiki, closing the beach for at least the next month, as well as more leaks on the windward side, closing off many other beaches. It's been intense. Today there were 2 huge anvil clouds that have been dumping on us for the last hour......
