Manoa Flooding Part II
Halloween, 2004 was a massive campus flood that cost UH around a hundred million dollars. Friday, it almost happened again. Here's the stream near the IfA. So, 48 million gallons of raw sewage went into the ocean near Waikiki, closing the beach for at least the next month, as well as more leaks on the windward side, closing off many other beaches. It's been intense. Today there were 2 huge anvil clouds that have been dumping on us for the last hour......

That looks terrible. How are the permanent residences coping?
they're coping with big shovels..... and sometimes a wheelbarrow, or backhoe.
Wow, that's just insane. When bad gov't funding and coordination goes wrong...Comon Hawaii get yo head out o yo ass. OR do you think there couldn't have been anything done, when you get that much water dumping down?
