A weekend stargazing....

I had the pleasure of hosting a crew of something like 12 up at Mees. The Swiss, Dutch, Sweedish and other mafias fro SPW6 converged on the summit for dinner and stargazing. The Haleakala Amateur Astro group brought out a bunch of scopes and there was some fantastic gear. And of course, I took a bunch of data with the new detector to hopefully calibrate it.... Shannons REU project is now officially in full swing.
